Companies are getting angry because the councils are taking to much time. Taking the companies other or not. Then the company has to pay a lot of money to people building the houses.
1. Someone they hire as their agent is responsible for obtaining a building consent.
2. You can build your own house without LBP but you would still need council building and consent to make sure your building properly.
3. Consent is a written approval for us to carry specific building sites with current regulations
